Established in 2018, Play Spect is an independent playground consultancy group, committed to providing professional playground assessments, audits and reporting based on projected and existing play spaces across local government, council and private enterprises.
Play Spect’s aim is to provide objective playspace assessments using a practical and considered approach when evaluating an acceptable level of risk and the benefits of play in a range of play settings supported by regular maintenance and safety assessments. These settings include: public playgrounds, supervised early childhood playspaces, community / play group facilities, schools, and shopping centres playgrounds.
The Play Spect team of experienced safety professionals is equipped with the training, education and experience to provide professional advice, as well perform assessments with corresponding reports to certify the playground concept.
